Charter by which William Kenenarde concedes to John de Mynton of Congulton and Agnes his wife and their heirs and assigns, one messuage with garden adjacent in Congulton, in a certain way called le Mylnstrete between a messuage of Richard Smith of Hayton on the one part and a burgage that was formerly William Gegges’ on the other part, to have and to hold to the said John and Agnes and their heirs forever.
These being witnesses:- Philip del Grene then mayor of the same town, John de Yate, [ ] catchpole, Ralph de Somerford, John de Chell, Robert del Hate, Hugh de Lathum, John del Hale glover, and others. Dated at Congulton on the feast of St Felix the Martyr, 10 Henry IV [1409].
