Charter by which Alexander Dennys concedes to Philip del Grene a certain annual rent of 5s annually going out of the hall lying near the cross of Congelton between the house of ( ) de Thelwall, on the one part, and the hall of William Alikoc’s, on the other part, and called le Stonnehalle; to have etc to the said Philip and hid heirs forever.
Witnesses: William de Morton then mayor of Congleton, Hugh de Lathum, Richard del Yate, Randle de Somerford, Hugh the clerk, and others.
Dated at Congelton the Friday next after the feast St Germanus the bishop, 6 Henry 1V [1405].
